Email privacy@loremaxxing.lol. Include the device, app version, result link, or error text if it helps us find the issue. Do not email photos you do not want us to review.
Delete account data
Use the in-app delete account control first. It removes data tied to your app device and, if your phone is verified, other app devices tied to that phone number. If you cannot access the app, email us and describe what you need deleted.
Save or restore lore
Phone verification is optional. It lets the app link your devices so your saved looks can be restored. We use Twilio for one-time verification codes and do not send marketing SMS.
Bad or unexpected results
AI images can be wrong, unflattering, or strange. Try another source photo with a clear face, better light, and fewer obstructions. Do not use results to impersonate, harass, or mislead someone.
