Loremaxxing Terms

These terms apply when you use Loremaxxing websites, APIs, and apps. If you downloaded the iOS app from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

Using Loremaxxing

Loremaxxing offers playful synthetic images from photos you choose and short voice games. Generated images, game transcripts, and scores can be inaccurate, exaggerated, or weird. They are entertainment, not identity verification, advice, or factual statements about anyone.

Voice input

Voice games require microphone access. When you choose to play, you give us permission to process and store the spoken input from that short round as needed to run and score the game, secure and improve the service, and support deletion or abuse review. Do not speak content that you do not have the right to provide.

We do not promise that transcription, scoring, microphone access, or every game feature will always be accurate or available. Scores may be corrected or unavailable when a round cannot be processed reliably.

Photos and content you upload

Only upload photos and text that you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of people without their permission, and do not use Loremaxxing to harass, impersonate, exploit, or shame someone.

By uploading content, you give us permission to process, store, transform, display, and share it as needed to run the product, provide the result, improve the service, and support deletion or abuse review.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or harassing content.
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits, spend controls, moderation, auth, or security systems.
  • No uploading private or sensitive images unless you have clear permission from the people shown.
  • No using generated images to mislead people into believing they are real photos or official records.

SMS program

One-time verification and account-recovery codes are separate from the optional Loremaxxing daily-drop marketing program. If you explicitly opt in, we may send recurring daily-drop marketing texts most days (about one message per day). Consent is not required to play or use Loremaxxing. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Removal and access

We may remove content, disable links, block requests, or limit access when we believe it is necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, product reliability, or these terms.

No warranty

Loremaxxing is provided as is. We do not promise that every result will be accurate, available, safe to share, or free from errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
